- Driver Education laboratory phase is available after school (Behind the Wheel program registrations can be completed at the home school or mailed to One Franklin Street, Hampton, VA 23669.) Applications may be secured from the school guidance department or the Physical Education Department
- Mental Health, Child Abuse, Suicide Prevention, Consumer Heath, Nutrition
- Family Life Education

PHYSICAL EDUCATION (Grade 9)
- A variety of physical activities designed to encourage and prepare students to be active for life
- Encourage students to become proficient in individual sports that will become lifetime activities
- To develop personal fitness programs

PHYSICAL EDUCATION (Grade 10)
- A variety of physical activities designed to promote lifetime activity
- To encourage students to become proficient in at least two team sports
- To continue to improve the development of personal fitness program

Wellness Education Electives
ADVANCED PHYSICAL EDUCATION (Grades 11 - 12)
- Students must have passed both 9th and 10th grade Physical Education courses with a grade no lower no lower than a C
- Offerings include Weight Training, Advance Individual Sports, Team Sports

ADVANCED HEALTH EDUCATION (Grades 11 - 12)
- Students must have passed both 9th and 10th grade health course with a grade no lower than a C
- Fundamental Sports Injury, Sports Medicine/Athletic Training and Sports Management
